Life Membership Application

In recognition of your many years of STLE membership, the Society invites you to apply for the STLE Life Membership.  STLE Membership brings individuals the prestige of belonging to the premier organization for tribology and lubrication engineering, and is an invaluable resource for those working in industry, research, and academia. 

Complete the application to check your eligibility. STLE will notify you on your application status. You are eligible for free or reduced membership dues. However, we do hope you will consider contributing a similar sum to the STLE NEXTGEN Fund.

We appreciates your continued support for our industry and professional organization. STLE is proud to recognize your lifetime of achievements and accomplishments in this way.

• Life membership is granted to an STLE Member who is retired and no longer derives income from tribology and lubrication engineering activities and who has been a member in good standing for a minimum of 20 years. (membership does not need to be consecutive.)
• No Dues:    Member in good standing for a minimum of 30 years, or 30 years of service equivalents.
• 50% Dues:  Member in good standing 20+ years or service equivalents.
